It's tough for Australia to set fresh records.

The highest peaks have been successfully scaled.

We're talking about the squad that has claimed seven Cricket World Cups, along with an additional six T20 titles, and previously enjoyed over three years without defeat in 50-over cricket.

The secondary achievements, those for the peak baggers, are all that remain for a squad that has achieved everything.

That it took as late as Sunday's success by three wickets over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase exceeding 300, taking back their record for the highest in the female 50-over format, is, frankly, a tribute to the bowlers that have worn canary yellow over five decades.

It's challenging for their batsmen to possess a record if never given the opportunity.

When she was out her side required another 66 at run per delivery - an unconquered height now demanding an easy conclusion.

"Pursuing 330 is unfamiliar ground so I am glad we have the assurance to do that now," stated Healy further.

"Hopefully we don't have to do it another time but, if we do, we believe we can succeed."

These statements will be the last competing nations at this World Cup should hear.

Over the past five days a feeling they will win from any position has become more firm - this success succeeding success over Pakistan by 107 runs despite being 76-7 at one point.

Following this Australia face Bangladesh before a match against traditional opponents England in Indore in a week and a half, by which point a semi-final berth may probably be guaranteed.
